Model CRT-A resistors are available with tolerance of ±0.1, ±0.25, ±0.5 or ±1%, and temperature coefficients of ±50, ±25, ±15 or ±10ppm/°C.

The sizes are:

• 0402 – 63mW, 10Ω to 100kΩ
• 0603 – 100mW, 10Ω to 511kΩ
• 0805 – 125mW, 10Ω to 800kΩ
• 1206 – 250mW, 10Ω to 1MΩ

The power rating is from -55 to 70°C, after which it derates linearly to 155°C.

E96 values are available.

Part numbers have the size in the middle – for example: CRT0805A. It is the ‘A’ that indicates AEC-Q200 compliance.
