These devices are intended to be packed closely under colour-mixing optical systems. As such, the gap between emissive surface and package edge is kept small for three of the die’s sides.
The colours are: white, violet, royal blue, blue PC blue, cyan, PC cyan, green, PC mint, PC lime, PC yellow, amber, PC amber, red-orange, PC red-Orange, red, PC red and photo red – white is actually nine whites with colour temperatures from 2,200 to 6,500K.
At the rear, the thermal pad is electrically isolated, and the optical emission surface is height matched across all colours.
The parts are characterised with 1A drive, but will operate up to 3A.
