Using 150mm silicon substrates, its process, XB1, covers 1.6 to 7GHz and can handle up to 4W CW (continuously) – plus it has XP3F in the pipleline aimed at 7 to 20GHz handling 2W CW – both offer metal-metal capacitors.

The company’s “automated PDKs [process design kits] leveraging machine learning algorithms” and “enable customers to construct intricate designs and optimise their end solutions”, said Akoustis.
