These are 32mm optics, with non-chip-imaging characteristics to create even beams from single or multi-chips RGBW, tunable white or standard white leds. See the link above for characteristics.
The only exception to complete sprue removal is the elliptical beam LLC25E part, which retains a moulded bump to control rotational positioning.
I had to look up ‘poka-yoke’ (it is a long time since anyone let me on to a manufacturing floor). It is a Japanese term for error avoidance. Apparently, according to Wikipedia, it was originally baka-yoke, for ‘idiot-poofing’.
