Tiger Lake industrial PCs are DIN, wall or rack-mount

Moxa has created a family of industrial PCs around Intel’s Tiger Lake (11th gen) processors.

There are 75 models, all fanless, covering wall-mountable, rack-mount and DIN rail shapes (see photo).

All can accept a single SODIMM DDR4 ram module up to 32Gbyte, but come with 8Gbyte pre-installed. All are rated to work across -30 to 60°C.


  • BXP series has box-type enclosures that can be wall mounted
    Processor choice is Celeron 6305E, Core i5-1145G7E or i7-1185G7E
    Up to 10 LAN and 10 serial ports are fitted
  • DRP series are DIN-rail mount
    Processor choice is the same as the BXP series
    Up to 10 LAN and 8 serial ports are fitted
  • RKP series is 1U slot rack-mount
    Processor choice is Atom x6211E (dual-core) or x6425E (quad)
    Up to 12 LAN and 10 serial ports are fitted

“The sealed design effectively dissipates heat and reduces unexpected maintenance and system failure, keeping the 24/7 operations running in point-of-sale systems for transportation and petrol stations wherein massive data processing is required, and equipment is most likely exposed to harsh outdoor environment,” according to the company. “The series are each backed by a three-year hardware warranty and 10-year longevity commitment [from 2023].”


It has a configure-to-order service, offering operating system, memory and storage options – Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021, Windows 11 Professional 64-bit, Debian 11 (kernel 5.10), Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (kernel 5.15) and RHEL 9 (kernel 5.14) are supported.
