YMIN expanded its conductive polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitor line with launching of VHT series which is rated at 4000hrs at 125℃, targeting the automotive sector. The series is highly advanced series from VGY series 105℃ 10000hrs and all the products are meet AEC-Q200.
The VHT series offers a capacitance range of 6.8 µF to 470 µF, with rated voltages from 16 V to 80 V. Package sizes range from 5*5.8mm to 10*10.5mm and a lower ESR down to 16 mΩ, with a ripple current of 2.3 Arms. This series has been widely used in automotive control, power strain applications and LED lighting These products can also be used in replacing of larger MLCCs, aluminum electrolytic capacitor, or tantalums.
ESR is one of the critical parameter for polymer hybrid capacitor in control unit which is directly effecting the temperature rise and ripple capacity.
Hybrid capacitors utilize combination of liquid electrolyte and solid polymer material rendering a high ripple current capacity with small size and high voltage.
