Called TM30W, there is a choice of 10 set output voltages between 5 and 48Vdc, at 20 – 30W depending on voltage (30W at 12V and above).
A choice of mains plug interfaces, or an interchangeable version, allow the PSUs to fit UK, European and US wall sockets.
Input range is 80 – 264Vac and 47 – 63Hz.
Construction is IP22 and class II construction with BF insulation and is compliant to US DoE level VI efficiency standards.
Standard output connector is a 2.5 mm x 5.5 mm x 9.5 mm centre-positive right angle barrel plug. Others are available upon request.
Operation is at ambients between -20°C to +60°C, with linear derating from 100% at +40°C to 50% at +60°C, and up to 5,000 meters altitude.
Protections include over-voltage (latch off), over-temperature (latch off) and short-circuit (auto-recover).
Withstanding is to 4kVac input to output (2 MOPP).
MTBF is 300,000 hours minimum (MIL-HDBK-217F, full load, 25°C ambient), according to the company.
Approvals include: UL, cUL, TUV, IEC/EN/UL 60601-1 Edition 3.1, ANSI/AAMI ES 60601-1:2012 and CSA C22.2 No. 60601-1:2014.
The power adaptor complies with IEC/EN 60601-1-2 4th edition medical EMC and immunity standards, including EN 55011, VCCI and FCC class B (conducted and radiated emissions), EN 61000-3-2, EN 61000-3-3, EN 61000-4-2 (ESD at ±15kV air and ±8kV contact), EN 61000-4-3, EN 61000-4-4, EN 61000-4-5, EN 61000-4-6, EN 61000-4-8, EN 61000-4-11.
