In June 2024, Infineon recently launched a series of new products, including the 600 V CoolMOS™ 8 SJ MOSFET, CoolGaN™ bidirectional switch and CoolGaN Smart Sense, and CoolSiC™ MOSFET 650 V G2. YMIN capacitors, known for their high reliability, high-temperature frequency performance, and low ESR, complement these products by enhancing power system reliability, reducing failure rates, and extending lifespan. This makes them particularly suitable for the long-term operational needs of servers and industrial switching power supplies.
In servers, laminated solid capacitors effectively store and filter energy, ensuring stable output, with excellent ripple current capability and low self-heating characteristics. In industrial switching power supplies, YMIN’s LKZ series 650V capacitors boast an ultra-long lifespan of 15,000 hours at 105 degrees Celsius, low internal resistance, and high ripple resistance, with low self-heating. CoolGaN™ Bidirectional Switch and CoolGaN Smart Sense
The new CoolGaN™ Bidirectional Switch (BDS) and CoolGaN Smart Sense technologies are designed to enhance the performance and cost-effectiveness of power systems. These technologies are applied in single-phase H4 PFC, HERIC inverters, three-phase Vienna rectifiers, single-stage AC power conversion in AC/DC or DC/AC topologies, consumer USB-C chargers, and adapters, providing peak current control and overcurrent protection. Combined with YMIN capacitors, these products create efficient, reliable, and innovative energy-saving power systems in new energy photovoltaic systems.
YMIN’s liquid snap-in capacitors and liquid SMD capacitors feature high capacity, long lifespan, low ESR, and high voltage endurance, making them ideal for energy storage, voltage balancing, filtering, and eliminating noise and fluctuations in circuits.
