Anders Storm joins Dirac as CEO

Anders Storm is the new CEO at Swedish digital audio company Dirac.

“We are very excited to have Anders join Dirac at this critical moment in the company’s 20-year history,” said Dirac chairman Johan Sedihn. “His deep experience in software, semiconductors and hardware-software engineering, coupled with his C-level leadership record, aligns perfectly with the current and future direction of our company. He has what we need to leverage our current core competencies in new market opportunities and identify the new technologies that will accelerate our growth in the future.”

Storm comes to Dirac from Sivers Semiconductors, which focuses on wireless and photonics ICs.


There he has been CEO since 2016 and COO before that.


“As CEO of Sivers Semiconductors, Mr Storm grew revenue by CAGR 44% from 2016 to 2023, and listed the company first on Nasdaq First North, and later also on the Nasdaq Stockholm main market,” according to Dirac.

Prior to Sivers, Storm was v-p of engineering and operations at Birdstep Technology, and head of smartphone programmes at Sony Ericsson.

He has also served on the board of Sivers Photonics and EpinovaTech. His masters in computer science and engineering came from Lund University.

Dirac develops digital sound software for sound system manufacturers, streaming services and consumers. It is headquartered in Uppsala, Sweden, with R&D in Copenhagen and Bangalore.
