A new partnership between Anglia Components and Cumbria-based LED manufacturer, Marl International, cements the distributor’s status as Master Distributor for the UK and Ireland, covering the full range of panel lamps, PCB mounting indicators and other standard LED components. As Master Distributor, Anglia will carry “an extensive” stock of standard devices for customers and for other resellers, but will also offer support for customers who require customised products.
Steve Rawlins, CEO of Anglia said the company is delighted to extend its relationship, declaring it “a win-win-win”. “Customers benefit further from the improved logistical support that Anglia can offer and the enhanced stock profile with which we are supporting the line, as well as our FAEs who have been trained by Marl in their technologies. Anglia adds a more comprehensive range of opto solutions to its portfolio and we increase Marl’s presence with our key customers.”
For Marl, managing director, Adrian Rawlinson, said, ” We are delighted to sign a new partnership with Anglia Components. They share our focus on quality and exceptional customer service and their strong team of [FAEs] and field sales engineers will greatly enhance our presence in the market. They will offer our customers the benefit of exceptional logistical support as well as access to a wide range of complementary devices.”
Anglia will support the full range of Marl-manufactured LED indication and lighting components and systems which can be used in demanding environments, such as rail, aerospace and defence. The range includes panel mount indicator LEDs for front panels of safety critical applications, 3mm and 5mm PCB mounting LED indicators in flame retardant plastic housings and filament replacement LEDs. The manufacturer’s range of rail industry LEDs and Network Rail-approved LED bulkhead units are also available from Anglia. A wide range of the most popular devices will be held in stock for same-day shipment.
The new range complements the established and extensive Anglia optoelectronics portfolio.
